DIY Rag Wreath Tutorial

I am a little obsessed with Rag Wreaths at the moment and by the number of requests coming in asking for tutorials, I am guessing you guys are into Rag wreaths too.  Traditionally made out of rags or scraps of fabric I actually doubt many of us are creating our Wreaths that way now. I mean there is so much pretty fabric on the market how could u now buy new.
